It was a kind hotel, we loved it. Marvellous view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. There was a nice garden, spectacular setting. Had bottled drinks in the pool bar in the evening.
We were given room that really had to be cleaned.

All good - we enjoyed our stay - food was affordable and very hard working staff. It was fairly clean, cosy room. Best possible location walking distance to a shopping mall and fairgrounds. Good bar on site.

Comfortable location, great breakfast, excellent service and the staff was very hospitable. There was an awesome restaurant, the shops and fairgrounds next door. Lovely beds, beautifully presented rooms - we loved it🙂❤

It was exceptionally clean, staff was welcoming. The food at the continental breakfast was good. The hotel was a super base for enjoying a fairly nice area, really close to the Syracuse airport, the Syracuse colleges.
The room I booked definetly should be cleaned.

Awesome downtown views, fresh food. Absolutely fabulous room with quiet bed and coffee machine and iron/ironing board. You could walk to the shops and fairgrounds. Also, nbt bank stadium was 3 km away...

We had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay at this cosy and absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very pleasant staff and hot breakfast with plenty of options.
